From the first call to the moment your pet is safely back in your arms.
Request & Intake
When you contact Varsca for help, we gather key details about your pet, location, and situation to ensure a safe and effective rescue.
Permissions & Planning
We secure necessary permissions, complete waivers, and prepare our specialized climbing gear.
Travel & Arrival
Our volunteer team travels to your location. On arrival, we perform a quick site inspection and confirm the best rescue approach.
Safe Retrieval
Using professional climbing techniques and safety equipment, we carefully retrieve your pet and bring them back to solid ground.
Post-Rescue Care
Once your pet is safe, we complete equipment inspections, sanitize our gear, and handle required documentation of the service.
